2 places on our list here — pubs that let the dog in. Every verdict below was checked by a human — the stamp shows when. The rest are listed and waiting on a check, and say so.
An open-plan old-world village pub on Main Street in Welwick, on the road out to Skeffling, Kilnsea and Spurn, and the best beer stop on that road by a distance. Five real ales are kept with Great Newsome Frothingham Best on permanently and two changing from the likes of Black Sheep, Theakston and Timothy Taylor, and there is an area set aside for diners off a decent-sized bar. Food is sourced locally and served Friday evening and all day Saturday and Sunday only, so plan a midweek walk around it. There is a garden, a real fire, a function room, its own parking, camping and accommodation, though nothing is published about dogs in the rooms. Dogs are welcome, on CAMRA branch evidence rather than the pub’s own words.
The Coach & Horses is a pub in Welwick, Welwick. It is listed here so you know it is there, but we have not yet established whether dogs are welcome — so there is no verdict on this page and no stamp. If it is your business, claim the page and tell us, and we will stamp it.

ADD A PLACEKnow one we have missed?
Local knowledge beats desk research every time. Name the place and we will check it properly — the venue's own policy, confirmed, then stamped and dated like every other listing.
One short email when we add places or a council changes its beach rules. No noise, easy out.
