This detached cottage comprehensively refurbished in 2018 sits in an enviable position overlooking the Teifi valley. Situated just a few miles from the market town of Llandysul which has a good range of independent shops pubs and eateries. The stunning West Wales coastline is surprisingly close just over 11 miles to the seaside resort of Aberporth and follow the coastline and visit the beach at New Quay and the harbour at Aberaeron. A little closer to home is Cenarth with its renowned waterfalls and rich history of coracle fishing a perfect place to explore. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). As you enter into this lovely cottage you will find a contemporary interior. The lounge area has countryside views cosy up in front of the wood burner and watch your favourite TV programme on the Smart TV. There is a ground floor double bedroom leading from the left of the lounge but the rest of the room flows into the open-plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is very well equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer. The dining area is perfect for a sunny breakfast and an evening meal while enjoying the lovely rural views. This leads to an internal hallway with a shower room with WC and a utility room with washing machine and an additional freezer. There are stairs from the lounge to a half landing one side splits to the right where the master bedroom with a super-king-size bed and an open plan en-suite shower room with WC are located. Taking the left there are two further bedrooms a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) and a twin room. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside to the garden is your very own patio area with wooden garden furniture with steps to your private hot tub and a spacious lawned area. A perfect spot for taking in the magnificent views during the day or star-gazing in the evening with all your family and friends. Private parking for 3 cars. Need to know: 4 Bedrooms 1 super king size with en suite, 1 super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin by request), 1 twin and 1 ground floor double. 1 Bathroom, 1 shower room and 1 en suite shower room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine and freezer. Wood burner (logs are not provided) . Electric and central heating included. Smart TV in lounge. Private hot tub. Garden furniture . Off road parking for 3 cars. 1 dog welcome (garden is not enclosed). Beach 11 miles and 0.5 miles to the village shops and pubs. Regret that there are no electric vehicle charging facilities at the property and will require you to charge your car at the nearest charging point during your stay.

This lovingly restored former farmhouse is just a short drive from the stunning West Wales coastline where dolphin and seal spotting trips are readily available. Picturesque New Quay has a lovely harbour fabulous sandy beaches and a fine selection of restaurants shops and cafes. Other nice beaches include Llangrannog/Tresaith/Penbryn and Aberaeron is a short drive with popular restaurants and fish and chip shops. The location is a paradise for walkers nature lovers and water sport enthusiasts as well as having an excellent selection of family visitor attractions within easy reach. Step inside the front door of this stunning property into the spacious lounge which has been lovingly styled to retain the original charm of the property exposed stone walls and beams. Relax around the cosy wood burner and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV/DVD. The kitchen/diner has everything you need to prepare memorable meals with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher whilst a separate utility room offers the washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area is perfect for those evenings you decide to stay and in and cook. The door from the dining area leads into the stunning oak framed conservatory a perfect spot to plan the days activities over a morning cup of coffee whilst the children take full advantage of the well-equipped games room with pool table and Ps4 console. Also on the ground floor is a shower room and WC. Upstairs on the first floor there are four bedrooms all leading from the central landing. A master king-size with an en-suite shower and WC a double a twin and a single all have lovely views to wake up to and the convenience of TV s. There is also a bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. Outside there is your own private patio area with hot tub patio furniture and parking for four cars.
