This detached cottage comprehensively refurbished in 2018 sits in an enviable position overlooking the Teifi valley. Situated just a few miles from the market town of Llandysul which has a good range of independent shops pubs and eateries. The stunning West Wales coastline is surprisingly close just over 11 miles to the seaside resort of Aberporth and follow the coastline and visit the beach at New Quay and the harbour at Aberaeron. A little closer to home is Cenarth with its renowned waterfalls and rich history of coracle fishing a perfect place to explore. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). As you enter into this lovely cottage you will find a contemporary interior. The lounge area has countryside views cosy up in front of the wood burner and watch your favourite TV programme on the Smart TV. There is a ground floor double bedroom leading from the left of the lounge but the rest of the room flows into the open-plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is very well equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer. A perfect spot for taking in the magnificent views during the day or star-gazing in the evening with all your family and friends. Private parking for 3 cars. This beautiful barn conversion is set on private farmland just outside the small village of Bancyffordd. Llandysul can be reached in just under 4 miles which offers a selection of shops and local pubs or head into Newcastle Emlyn in just 8 miles. The farmhouse is located on a spectacular viewpoint at the top of a valley 1 mile from the village of Rhos. There is a traditional country pub serving food and a local convenience store to serve the village. The area is fantastic for countryside or woodland walks which can be accessed straight from the farmhouse. If you fancy a day at the coast head to Cardigan Bay and try out Llangrannog (15.6 miles) or all-year-round dog-friendly Aberporth (14.9 miles) where dolphins can often be spotted in the bay. For shopping restaurants the theatre and cinema - head to Carmarthen (12.6 miles) which boasts a good selection of high street shops cafes and an indoor market. As you enter the farmhouse you are welcomed into a spacious hallway with a staircase to the first floor. There are two separate lounge areas on either side of the hallway. To the right is your main lounge with a wood burner Smart TV two sofas and separate armchairs to relax in. Through to the back of the main lounge is the entrance to the ground floor double bedroom with views of the rear garden.
