This lovingly restored former farmhouse is just a short drive from the stunning West Wales coastline where dolphin and seal spotting trips are readily available. Step inside the front door of this stunning property into the spacious lounge which has been lovingly styled to retain the original charm of the property exposed stone walls and beams. The kitchen/diner has everything you need to prepare memorable meals with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher whilst a separate utility room offers the washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area is perfect for those evenings you decide to stay and in and cook. The door from the dining area leads into the stunning oak framed conservatory a perfect spot to plan the days activities over a morning cup of coffee whilst the children take full advantage of the well-equipped games room with pool table and Ps4 console. This beautiful holiday apartment is located in the heart of New Quay a picturesque harbour town in idyllic Cardigan Bay. There are three enticing beaches to choose from two of which are dog friendly. The town enjoys an excellent selection of cafes bars and restaurants or you can quite simply enjoy an ice cream along the harbour wall where you will quite often see dolphins in the bay. For a closer look there are many boat trips setting off from the harbour that you can take around the bay to do some wildlife spotting. Close by is also the Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Centre and the Dylan Thomas Trail which allows visitors to follow in the footsteps of the best-loved poet in Wales who once lived in the town. As you enter the apartment you are welcomed into a hallway with the lounge immediately to the right. This homely living space enjoys a leather corner sofa and armchair centred around the Smart TV and wood burner-effect electric fire. Settle down after a fun day at the beach to watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV or log in to your preferred streaming service and unwind with a movie. Head down the hallway and up three steps and you will find the kitchen/diner which has been well-equipped to prepare and enjoy a meal during your stay or a light lunch for the on-the-go. There is also an addition of a utility cupboard with a tumble dryer. Continue through the kitchen to the back of the building and up a couple of steps and you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a spacious king-size room with wardrobe storage and a twin room. Completing the apartment is the family bathroom. Externally there is a small courtyard area suitable for storage of beach equipment and wetsuits. The nearest beach is within 500 meters offering plenty of space to stretch your legs.
