On entering the cottage by the stable door a hall leads you through and up a step to a light spacious and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This stylish room features exposed ceiling beams double-glazed patio doors and ceramic flooring. The lounge is an ideal space for relaxation with comfortable seating perfect for snuggling up and watching a movie on the TV/DVD. Stepping outside you can relax in the rear enclosed garden which has a patio area with seating a small lawn and delightful views over a tree-studded wild valley which is an ideal habitat for birds and butterflies. To the right of the hallway is a sociable open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. A flight of stairs leads from here to the first floor where there is a king-size bedroom with a door to a Jack and Jill style bathroom with bath and WC. Adjoining the bathroom on the other side is a charming super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into twin on request) with its own staircase to the ground floor. Due to the setting within the eaves there are areas of restricted head height throughout the first floor which only adds to its character and charm. Heading outside via doors from the lounge area you open up a world of outdoor activity. From an enclosed garden with lovely countryside views includes a patio gas BBQ furniture and lawn. From the right you can exit to a firepit area where you can enjoy a sunset while toasting marsh mellows or a relaxing evening drink. Surrounding the farm you will find pathways for walks the opportunity to retrieve the chickens eggs for your breakfast or pick seasonal vegetables from the vegetable garden and apples for the fruit bowel or a lovely warm apple crumble.
