Adjacent to the owners home yet with privacy assured this characterful stone-built barn is accessed via a long shared drive and across a shared courtyard within this working livery. The entrance door leads into a welcoming entrance hall with space for muddy boots and immediately opposite is a handy utility room with washer/dryer and WC. Heading to the left from the hallway you will find an inviting double bedroom. Next door is a stylish bathroom with a freestanding bath separate shower and WC.
