A Sheffield district park in the valley below Ecclesfield village, two miles south of Chapeltown, with a lake, a stream, sports pitches and a wooded fringe on the higher ground. The perimeter path makes a circuit of about a mile on made surfaces, and there is enough tree cover on the western side to make it usable in summer heat. It is the nearest proper park with water to Chapeltown and Burncross, and it links north on foot towards Whitley Wood. Parking is on-street on the roads above the park.
