3 places on our list here — pubs that let the dog in. Every verdict below was checked by a human — the stamp shows when. The rest are listed and waiting on a check, and say so.
A pub facing the green at North Newbald, a Wolds village of chalk and brick eight miles south-west of Beverley with a Norman church and two pubs on the same green. The Yorkshire Wolds Way passes just west of the village on its way from South Cave to Goodmanham, so this is a National Trail stop. This is listed as dog friendly in the Hull and East Yorkshire CAMRA branch dog-friendly pub guide, compiled by branch volunteers who survey the pubs on the ground, rather than being the pub’s own published policy.
The Gnu is a pub on The Green, North Newbald. It is listed here so you know it is there, but we have not yet established whether dogs are welcome — so there is no verdict on this page and no stamp. If it is your business, claim the page and tell us, and we will stamp it.
The Tiger is a pub on The Green, North Newbald. It is listed here so you know it is there, but we have not yet established whether dogs are welcome — so there is no verdict on this page and no stamp. If it is your business, claim the page and tell us, and we will stamp it.

ADD A PLACEKnow one we have missed?
Local knowledge beats desk research every time. Name the place and we will check it properly — the venue's own policy, confirmed, then stamped and dated like every other listing.
One short email when we add places or a council changes its beach rules. No noise, easy out.
