A red-brick village pub on Main Street at Goodmanham, a few steps from All Hallows church and standing directly on the Yorkshire Wolds Way as the National Trail comes over from Market Weighton. It is the only pub for the whole of the Goodmanham Dale section and it is a mile and a half from the Hudson Way car park at Market Weighton, which makes it the pivot of every walk round here.
