2 places on our list here — pubs that let the dog in. Every verdict below was checked by a human — the stamp shows when. The rest are listed and waiting on a check, and say so.
A rare survival of a proper village pub on Main Street in Withernwick, three miles inland from the cliff at Aldbrough and worth the detour off the coast road. It is a free house serving up to three real ales, Tetley Bitter as the regular with changing beers from Great Newsome and Wold Top, plus home-cooked food, and there is a real fire, its own parking and a quiet room to sit in. The kitchen runs Wednesday to Sunday and the pub is shut altogether on Mondays and Tuesdays. Dogs are welcome with no area restriction recorded, on CAMRA branch evidence from a survey dated 27 May 2025 rather than the pub’s own words.
The Falcon is a pub in Withernwick, Withernwick. It is listed here so you know it is there, but we have not yet established whether dogs are welcome — so there is no verdict on this page and no stamp. If it is your business, claim the page and tell us, and we will stamp it.

Local knowledge beats desk research every time. Name the place and we will check it properly — the venue's own policy, confirmed, then stamped and dated like every other listing.
