1 place on our list here — walks from the village. Every verdict below was checked by a human — the stamp shows when.
Four and a third miles from one of the few proper village greens in Cornwall up onto the moor edge and down into the De Lank granite valley, two and a half hours with 200 metres of climbing and a carved commemorative boulder at the top. Park on the green at Blisland, which is free and unrestricted, with the Blisland Inn on the route for afterwards. A few of the stiles are wired over so dogs will need lifting, and the path along the De Lank valley crosses marshy ground that stays wet through the summer, with boulders and uneven going throughout.
