The 1750s coaching inn in the middle of Bodmin Moor, smuggling legend and Daphne du Maurier attached. Dog-friendly rooms are bookable by phone and you can request a pet-friendly dining table in the bar area or restaurant when you reserve. A nightly supplement per room covers up to two dogs, and there are marked walking trails and dedicated dog-walking areas on the doorstep.
