A dry chalk valley behind Hunstanton, the largest surviving piece of chalk grassland in Norfolk, thick with wild thyme and marjoram in summer. Dogs are allowed on a lead, and the valley floor gives an easy there-and-back walk with high sides and no road noise. Open dawn to dusk all year.
Know a Ringstead pub, cafe or place to stay that lets dogs in? Tell us and we will go and check it.

One short email when we add places or a council changes its beach rules. No noise, easy out.
