From this room guests continue onto the contemporary kitchen which is situated in what was once the stables harness room fully equipped with an oven hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/small freezer. The washer/dryer meanwhile can be found in a separate utility room. Galleried stairs from the front door lead up to the first floor which is occupied entirely by the master bedroom suite. Outside there is a small courtyard garden to the front of the property for which garden furniture is provided allowing guests space to enjoy alfresco drinks.
