On the ground floor a spacious lounge/diner includes a table and chairs for eight plus one as well as a TV/DVD with games console plus a sofa bed for additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave an electric range-style oven. A utility room off from the kitchen also includes a washing machine and WC. An additional WC and a sunroom complete with a TV and sofas finish off the ground floor. The first-floor features four good sized bedrooms one king size one double one twin and one bunk bedroom alongside a contemporary shower room with double shower and WC. Beyond the sunroom door a spacious garden enclosed with high fences is included with the property ideal for children and dogs. This patio area features a border of flowers and ample room to run and play with full visibility from the sunroom for parents and owners. Attached to the house is a spacious garage with storage cupboard a tall freezer and a tumble dryer. There is also ample space for keeping bicycles and surfboards under lock and key. Sail over to the Farne Islands on a boat trip from Seahouses to see a range of wildlife and cross the causeway to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne for the history and local mead. Berwick upon Tweed to the north and Alnwick Castle and its pretty market town to the south are also within easy reach by car.
