Attractions include visits to the beautiful and unique Farne Islands by boat which boasts a variety of wildlife such as Puffins and Grey Seals. Seahouses includes a nearby golf course in addition to dog-friendly local pubs and cafes with panoramic scenic views over the sea. Perfect for larger families or a group of friends this substantial property has everything and more that holidaymakers need. On the ground floor a spacious lounge/diner includes a table and chairs for eight plus one as well as a TV/DVD with games console plus a sofa bed for additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave an electric range-style oven. A utility room off from the kitchen also includes a washing machine and WC. An additional WC and a sunroom complete with a TV and sofas finish off the ground floor. The first-floor features four good sized bedrooms one king size one double one twin and one bunk bedroom alongside a contemporary shower room with double shower and WC. Beyond the sunroom door a spacious garden enclosed with high fences is included with the property ideal for children and dogs. This patio area features a border of flowers and ample room to run and play with full visibility from the sunroom for parents and owners. Attached to the house is a spacious garage with storage cupboard a tall freezer and a tumble dryer. There is also ample space for keeping bicycles and surfboards under lock and key.
