Dog-friendly pubs in Goldthorpe

A micropub at 92 High Street, Goldthorpe, opened properly in May 2021 in a former shop, with a corrugated iron ceiling, a wall built out of old doors and a snug barely big enough for two. Up to three locally sourced cask ales, usually pale. Space inside is genuinely tight, so the small sheltered yard at the back is the better bet with anything bigger than a terrier, and it is the only real ale stop on this side of the Dearne between Wath and Thurnscoe. CAMRA branch surveyors list it as dog friendly; the bar publishes no written policy of its own.
