Glusburn · 1 checked & stamped
Fires, flagstones and no side-eye at the bar. Every pub below lets the dog in — and we say exactly which rooms.
A stone roadside inn on Colne Road at High Malsis, on the A6068 a mile west of Glusburn where the road starts to climb towards the Lancashire border. The inn's own site lists Pet Friendly among its amenities alongside the beer garden and the car park, so dogs are part of the offer rather than tolerated, and the car park matters because there is no safe parking on this stretch of the A6068. It is the obvious stop coming off the moor edge above Cowling or off the Pennine Way at Ickornshaw. The site does not say whether dogs may go through into the dining side, so ask at the bar before you settle down to eat.

ADD A PLACEKnow one we have missed?
Local knowledge beats desk research every time. Name the place and we will check it properly — the venue's own policy, confirmed, then stamped and dated like every other listing.
One short email when we add places or a council changes its beach rules. No noise, easy out.
