Only five miles from the pretty conservation village of West Linton and the Royal Burgh of Peebles. By the banks of the bonnie River Tweed renowned for its excellent salmon and trout fishing. The town also boasts excellent shopping and leisure facilities including Eastgate Theatre & Arts Centre Gytes Leisure Centre and golf courses. Enjoy a trip to Neidpath Castle Kailzie and Dawyck Botanic Gardens in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Followed by the spacious bespoke kitchen/diner this is the perfect place to cook up a storm with the electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer washing machine and dining area ideal for romantic meals. Completing the accommodation is the stylish shower room with shower and WC. Venturing outside to the spacious fully enclosed mature wrap around gardens with seating area a great for place for al fresco dining and lazy evening star gazing over countryside and the private castles ruins.
