A large managed pub on Priory Road in west Hull, with a car park and outdoor seating, sitting close to the Priory Road end of the old Cottingham branch line path that runs north towards Willerby. Its own site says dogs are welcome in the whole pub rather than a corner of the bar, and describes it as a safe space for them; food and drink are served throughout. Hull is a unitary authority quite separate from East Riding and has no dog control Public Spaces Protection Order at all, so nothing outside the door restricts a dog either.
