The cottage sits adjacent to the owners home where privacy is assured 0.5 miles from the village of Constantine which has a range of amenities including a convenience store and pub. There are lovely walks straight from the door including local woods to explore. If you want to discover more of what West Cornwall has to offer you ll be perfectly located to explore some of the best attractions including Gweek Seal Sanctuary Helford Passage and the subtropical gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan all within a 5-mile radius of the property. Further afield are the picturesque towns of Falmouth (6.5 miles) and Helston (6 miles) which offer a wide range of amenities. Visit the Lizard Peninsula to see some breathtaking views or discover one of the many beautiful beaches from Kynance Cove to Praa Sands - both can be found within a 15-mile radius. Step inside this pretty property and you will immediately find yourself in the beautiful small well equipped light and airy kitchen area. This is offers everything needed for self-catering including an electric oven and hob microwave and a fridge with ice compartment. From here venture further inside and into the living space which boasts a stunning vaulted ceiling and beams and comfortable seating alongside a Smart TV and DVD player. A small dining table and two chairs are positioned to look out over the garden providing a cosy setting for evening meals. Located on the opposite side of the property is the beautiful bedroom and this also boasts a lovely vaulted ceiling and beams a king-size bed integrated storage and a further TV. Leading off the bedroom is a light and fresh en-suite with a shower and a WC. An additional second shower room with a shower and WC is located at the back of the property accessed via the lounge area. Outside and to the front of the property is a lawned garden with garden furniture and a BBQ. Here you can enjoy a morning coffee whilst soaking up the fresh air or dining alfresco during warm weather. Private off-road parking for one car is also provided in the nearby parking area which is shared with the owners.
