There are many distilleries to explore along with 5 golf courses within a 20-mile radius or visit Dornoch and its beautiful beaches (15 miles) and the majestic Dunrobin Castle (24 miles). This well-equipped and comfortable property is finished to a high standard. Perfect for a couple or an individual travelling on their own. From the side door you will step into a porch area which is perfect for hanging up all your outdoor clothing and footwear. The porch leads into a very spacious open-plan living/sleeping area with a large sofa to sink into. Put your feet up after a day of activity read a book play board games or watch a movie. A well-equipped kitchen ensures the option to dine in and a large dining table allows for enough space to get the maps out after your meal and plan your next day s adventure. The Smart TV is placed to allow good viewing from all angles of the room wherever you choose to relax before heading into the sumptuous double bed for a good night s rest. A large patio area with garden furniture and BBQ allows for a great space to sit out in good weather. Need to know: 1 double bed in an open plan sleeping area. 1 shower room with cubicle and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer. Welcome pack. Travel cot provided on request. Smart TV in the lounge. Dog bed provided. Patio area with seating and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars. Secure bike shed to the rear of the property with workbench, vice and power supply for electric bikes.
