If you have a love for all things outdoors then this location is just for you. From mountain biking to road cycling mountain walks and trails you have the best of Sutherland to explore with a variety of day trips - the options are endless. Bonar Bridge is just 3 miles away and the local Invershin pub is 0.5 mile. You can cycle walk or take the train at Invershin (request stop station) to explore this beautiful area. There are many distilleries to explore along with 5 golf courses within a 20-mile radius or visit Dornoch and its beautiful beaches (15 miles) and the majestic Dunrobin Castle (24 miles). This well-equipped and comfortable property is finished to a high standard. Perfect for a couple or an individual travelling on their own. From the side door you will step into a porch area which is perfect for hanging up all your outdoor clothing and footwear. The porch leads into a very spacious open-plan living/sleeping area with a large sofa to sink into. Put your feet up after a day of activity read a book play board games or watch a movie. A well-equipped kitchen ensures the option to dine in and a large dining table allows for enough space to get the maps out after your meal and plan your next day s adventure. The Smart TV is placed to allow good viewing from all angles of the room wherever you choose to relax before heading into the sumptuous double bed for a good night s rest. A large patio area with garden furniture and BBQ allows for a great space to sit out in good weather. Need to know: 1 double bed in an open plan sleeping area. 1 shower room with cubicle and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer. Welcome pack. Travel cot provided on request. Smart TV in the lounge. Dog bed provided. Patio area with seating and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars. Secure bike shed to the rear of the property with workbench, vice and power supply for electric bikes. Beach 15 miles, shop 3 miles, pub 0.5 miles, railway station 0.5 miles.
