Brixham itself is renowned for its pretty harbour a perfect spot for enjoying water sports or trying your hand at crabbing offering a choice of beach and boasts an open air sea water lido at Shoalstone. Surrounding this is an assortment of colourful cottages housing seafood restaurants cafes shops and pubs. Head out and explore the rest of the English Riviera with an abundance of sandy beaches to discover or just taking the foot ferry to Dartmouth or Torquay. If an active holiday is more your style then there are plenty of things to keep you busy ranging from golf walking and cycling. Other attractions within easy reach include Dartmoor National Park Kents Cavern Paignton Zoo Plymouth and Exeter. Step inside this stunning property and you will find that the accommodation immediately opens into a beautifully light and spacious open-plan lounge/diner. This great sociable space boasts a lovely bay window offering views over the town to the harbour a Smart TV and wood burner and provides the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out or relax in comfort at the end of the day. The next room is the contemporary kitchen and this is also perfectly presented and appointed and offers an electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher a fridge with ice compartment and also leads through to a useful utility area with a washing machine and extra fridge. Venturing up the stairs and onto the first floor you will discover the beautiful bedrooms which all lead off the spacious split level landing the first being a stylish master double with a Smart TV and lovely views. Completing the offering inside the property is a further double bedroom with a Smart TV a cosy double bedroom and a shower room with a large shower and WC. Located outside to the rear of the property and approached via a flight of steps from the kitchen a small enclosed decked area with seating. Here you can enjoy an early morning coffee. Derestricted roadside parking (subject to availability) is located a short walk from the property.
