If an active holiday is more your style then there are plenty of things to keep you busy ranging from golf walking and cycling. Other attractions within easy reach include Dartmoor National Park Kents Cavern Paignton Zoo Plymouth and Exeter. Step inside this stunning property and you will find that the accommodation immediately opens into a beautifully light and spacious open-plan lounge/diner. This great sociable space boasts a lovely bay window offering views over the town to the harbour a Smart TV and wood burner and provides the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out or relax in comfort at the end of the day. The next room is the contemporary kitchen and this is also perfectly presented and appointed and offers an electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher a fridge with ice compartment and also leads through to a useful utility area with a washing machine and extra fridge. Venturing up the stairs and onto the first floor you will discover the beautiful bedrooms which all lead off the spacious split level landing the first being a stylish master double with a Smart TV and lovely views. Completing the offering inside the property is a further double bedroom with a Smart TV a cosy double bedroom and a shower room with a large shower and WC. Located outside to the rear of the property and approached via a flight of steps from the kitchen a small enclosed decked area with seating. Here you can enjoy an early morning coffee. Derestricted roadside parking (subject to availability) is located a short walk from the property. Brixham is known for its busy harbour which is steeped in history and once a popular target for pirates and smugglers. Visitors can learn more about the town s fascinating history with a visit to the fantastic replica of the Golden Hind or perhaps following in the footsteps of Blackbeard by taking the Brixham Buccaneers Trail. The town s main beach Breakwater enjoys warm waters and is popular with scuba divers as well as beach lovers. For those who want guaranteed safe swimming whatever the tidal conditions the saltwater lido at Shoalstone makes a wonderful place for a dip. On arriving at this property guests will find plentiful parking on the spacious driveway which leads round to the main door at the side of the property. The main living area on the ground floor has a large open-plan lounge/diner which has a comfortable seating area TV DVD feature fireplace and a bay window which affords views across to the bay. The dining area has a well-sized dining table and patio doors which open out onto a decked balcony. The master bedroom enjoys its own space on the first floor of the property with a king-size bed and sea views. Outside as well as the balcony to the front of the property there is also an attractive rear garden which has a lawned area and a raised deck with garden furniture.
