A modern bistro bar in a listed Georgian building on Flemingate, a couple of minutes from the Minster and five hundred metres from Beverley station, in what was Hodgsons and still keeps Hodgsons Snug to the right of the door. There is a pizza oven behind the bar and a big garden out the back fitted with private timber sheds you can eat in, which is the useful bit with a wet dog off the Beck towpath. Cask Marque five out of five, darts and board games, and acoustic music Friday through Sunday. The dog-friendly listing is CAMRA WhatPub, surveyed by branch volunteers on 14 April 2025, not the bar's own words.
These are the parts only the business can add. We check the dog policy and stamp the date — photos, prices and their own words are theirs to put in, and this listing is waiting for them.
