A corner pub on Trinity House Lane directly opposite Hull Minster, built with a spectacular curved window, a fine Victorian bar back and six ornamental prow heads set around the outside. The handful of outdoor tables look straight across Trinity Square to the Minster, and there is a small room tucked away behind the bar for when the front gets busy. Hull is a unitary authority with no dog control Public Spaces Protection Order at all, so Trinity Square and the old town lanes outside are open to dogs without qualification. The dog-friendly listing comes from CAMRA's WhatPub survey record, surveyed in April 2025, rather than the pub's own words.
