Nestled in the beautiful seaside village of Mortehoe and within a couple of hundred metres of the local pub and shop. The beautiful beaches are within walking distance including Woolacombe which is known to be a mecca for surfers and great for any water sports including paddleboarding. With its 3-mile-long sandy beach it s ideal for families and four-legged friends with parts of the beach being dog friendly all year long. Enjoy a stroll around the plethora of local shops pubs and restaurants or just sit and enjoy a bag of fish and chips and watch the sun set over the sea. Discover the Tarka Trail a 180-mile traffic-free cycling and walking path and stop for a picnic or enjoy a cream tea in one of the cafes and tearooms along the way. Walking enthusiasts will love the coastal path where you can enjoy seal spotting and spectacular views. On entering this traditional three-storey holiday home leave your sandy shoes and walk into the welcoming kitchen/diner. Enjoy this social space which is great for entertaining with the fully equipped kitchen. Try out those special recipes dine with your friends and family at the large farmhouse table and relax with the wood burner on the cooler evenings. To complete this floor is a walk-in shower room.
