A beautiful first-floor apartment with breathtaking views across the Bristol channel located in the pretty seaside village of Mortehoe. This is the perfect place for families friends and your four-legged companions with stunning coastal walks and dog-friendly beaches nearby. Take a morning dip surf paddleboard or walk along the 3 miles of golden sands over to Putsborough Beach enjoy strolling around the shops pubs restaurants and tearooms or sit and enjoy fish and chips on the many benches overlooking the sea. Further along the coast you can enjoy a family day out at Watermouth Castle (9 miles) a family theme park with all of its rides and attractions. Discover the Tarka Trail a 180-mile traffic-free track for cycling and walking and stop for a picnic or a homemade cake at the tearooms and cafes along the way. As you move along the driveway into the grounds you will instantly know this is a destination to make fabulous memories. Take the two flights of stairs into the apartment and go through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen and look out onto the incredible views. After a day of adventure you can relax on the comfortable sofas and enjoy relaxing with a movie on the Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to impress your friends and family with a favourite recipe. There is a separate WC with a washing machine just off from the kitchen as well as two bedrooms a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower. There is a beautiful landscaped shared garden with benches to relax on and watch the fabulous sunsets.
