This tranquil escape is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this striking couples retreat is perfectly situated to explore the beautiful South Hams. Within 3 miles of the hut you will find the beautiful shingle beach of Beesands with a local pub cafe and restaurant. If you fancy a change of scenery why not take a walk through the traditional English market town of Kingsbridge just 6 miles away which sits on its very own estuary and is surrounded by beautiful green rolling countryside making it very popular with walkers and water sports enthusiasts. Also within 10 miles is the picturesque village of Salcombe where there is a wide variety of on and off-water activities along with plenty of shops and eateries. Upon entering this adorable shepherds hut from the steps you will immediately find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining/sleeping area. In the sleeping area you will find a double bed for a cosy nights sleep benefiting from windows to take in the countryside views whilst relaxing under the duvet. The living space features comfortable seating to put your feet up and a dining table which folds down when needed to maximise on the space. The compact kitchen area is equipped with a 2 ring induction hob fridge and microwave. The en-suite shower room comprises of walk-in shower cubicle and WC providing a comfortable stay in this beautiful rustic environment. Outside of the property there is a lovely private garden area to the front of the hut complete with garden furniture to relax with a drink in the fresh countryside air. Guests are welcome to use the enclosed orchard to exercise dogs. There is only 1 hut located here which provides private off-road parking for one car provided next to the shepherds hut. Need to know: 1 sleeping area with double bed. 1 shower room with shower and WC. 2 ring induction hob, microwave and fridge. Off road parking for 1 car. Regret no Wi fi and Tv. BBQ. Beach 1.5 miles, shop 3 miles and pub 2 miles. 1 dog welcome (would consider 2 small dogs, please enquire). Due to the location, you may have limited mobile signal. Garden area with seating and enclosed orchard to exercise dogs. Private off road parking for 1 car. Regret no infants/children due to the size of the property. Electric car charge is not permitted at this property.
