Grindleford Community Shop is a place to eat on Main Road, Grindleford. It is listed here so you know it is there, but we have not yet established whether dogs are welcome — so there is no verdict on this page and no stamp. If it is your business, claim the page and tell us, and we will stamp it.
Grindleford Community Shop is a real restaurant in Grindleford, and it is here so you know it exists. But we have not been able to find a dog policy for it that we would stand behind, so we are not going to guess at one. No verdict, no stamp, no date.
If this is your business, tell us whether dogs are welcome and we will put a stamp on it — free, and it stays free. Tell us your dog policy. Want the whole page — photos, prices, your own words? Claim this listing.
If you have been and you know the answer, tell us and we will go and confirm it.
Photos, a sample menu and prices, any room details and the venue’s own house rules will appear here once the business claims this listing. Until then, what you see above is what we’ve checked and verified ourselves.
Claiming lets you add all of that and reply to reviews in your own name, right underneath them. £12.99 a month, no contract, and it never changes the verdict — the stamp stays ours.
Four and a quarter miles and about two and a half hours up the finest oak gorge in the Peak, along Burbage Brook and back through the Longshaw estate. Start from Grindleford station, where roadside parking is free but tight and considerate parking matters to residents; the National Trust car parks at Longshaw are the alternative, free to members. Cattle and ground-nesting birds share this ground and the National Trust asks for a short lead at all times through Padley Gorge, the brook runs the length of the walk with pools deep enough to swim, and there are water bowls and a dog area inside the Longshaw cafe.
Sir William is a pub on Sir William Hill Road, Grindleford. It is listed here so you know it is there, but we have not yet established whether dogs are welcome — so there is no verdict on this page and no stamp. If it is your business, claim the page and tell us, and we will stamp it.

Nobody has written one for Grindleford Community Shop. If you have been with the dog, you would be the first — and the first review is the one everybody reads.

Know one we have missed?
Local knowledge beats desk research every time. Name the place and we will check it properly — the venue's own policy, confirmed, then stamped and dated like every other listing.
One short email when we add places or a council changes its beach rules. No noise, easy out.
