This property is located in the town of Brixham on the beautiful English Riviera overlooking the town s breakwater and harbour. The breakwater is an impressive 0.5-mile long structure which allows visitors to walk out and enjoy the views back towards the town. At the foot of the breakwater is the town s main beach and you can find a coffee shop/bistro which makes a delightful place for breakfast or lunch. Just a few minutes walk from the property is the town s famous harbour home to the heritage fishing fleet as well as a number of tour boats which give visitors the opportunity to explore the whole of Torbay and perhaps even spot the dolphins who visit from time to time. A ground-floor entrance hall greets guests as they enter this property at street-level before taking the stairs to the first-floor living accommodation. Turning right at the top of the stairs brings guests to the stunning lounge/diner which is dominated by the breath-taking sea views which can be enjoyed from the comfortable sofa through the large picture window or the inviting window seat. There is also a two-seater dining table here as well as a TV and DVD. The kitchen which is located on the left-hand side of the stairs has been thoughtfully equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine making it easy for guests to make themselves at home. The shower room with WC is also located on this floor. A further set of cottage style steep stairs lead to the second-floor bedroom a lovely restful space with a double bed dressing table wardrobe and its own TV. Need to know: 1 double bedroom, located on the second floor. Shower room with shower and WC, located on the first floor. TV and DVD, plus additional TV in the bedroom. Wi Fi included. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Electric and heating included. Bed linen and towels included. 1 dog welcome, please note there is no outdoor space, but there is a public garden only a few minutes walk from the property. Four Decks the apartment below, and Four Seas the apartment above can be rented together to accommodate larger groups. Beach, shops, and pubs all within walking distance. Brixham is a busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.. Many of the amenities and cottages in Brixham are accessed via steps some of which can be steep.. Please contact us if you have specific requirements..
