An imposing locally listed mock-Tudor roadhouse on the corner of Beverley Road and Endike Lane in north Hull, with a separate lounge and bar, a restaurant, a function room, a garden, its own car park and rooms upstairs. Children are limited to the lounge and only until 7pm, but no such qualifier is attached to the dogs, and nothing is published about whether they are allowed in the letting rooms. It is a five-minute drive from the Hull to Hornsea rail trail head and on the Beverley Road bus corridor. Hull City Council governs here and runs no dog control Public Spaces Protection Order of any kind. The dog-friendly listing comes from CAMRA's WhatPub survey record rather than the pub's own words.
