A signposted Hull City Council route that follows the Setting Dyke drain west from National Avenue, then climbs a footbridge over the Hull to Cottingham and Scarborough branch line to reach Priory Drive and the tree-lined track and cycleway that runs behind the Shropshire Close and Warwickshire Close estates. It ducks under the County Road North flyover and comes back down the drain, so the whole thing is a green corridor squeezed between the railway and the western suburbs. It is Hull City Council land and highway, not East Riding, and the city has no dog control Public Spaces Protection Order at all; the council's own route notes ask only that you pick up after your dog. There are gates, chicanes and steps at the bridge, and the drain-side sections are rough and boggy after rain.
