This spacious home is set in a small hamlet off a quiet road and has views across the surrounding fields and grazing animals. It is perfectly placed for exploring the Scottish countryside with endless walks and cycle trails in the nearby Galloway Forest Park 5 miles away. The nearest pubs and shops are around 4 miles away in New Galloway and the bustling town of Castle Douglas is 17 miles away. Inside you ll find plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy a real break from the world. There is a large living room with a TV and a wood burner and plenty of seating space. The farmhouse kitchen is homely and cosy with a dining table big enough for everyone to gather for meals plan days out and chat into the night. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you ll need to cook up tasty holiday meals including an electric range cooker dishwasher fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a conservatory ideal for curling up with a book for the afternoon and a separate utility room. On the first floor there are four bedrooms including two doubles one single with a trundle bed and one twin. There are two bathrooms one on each floor. Outside there is an enclosed garden with a patio garden furniture and a large lawn much-visited by birds. Electric range cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Wood burner with fuel supplied. Sky TV (limited package) and DVD player. Wi Fi included.
