It is perfectly placed for exploring the Scottish countryside with endless walks and cycle trails in the nearby Galloway Forest Park 5 miles away. The nearest pubs and shops are around 4 miles away in New Galloway and the bustling town of Castle Douglas is 17 miles away. Inside you ll find plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy a real break from the world. There is a large living room with a TV and a wood burner and plenty of seating space. The farmhouse kitchen is homely and cosy with a dining table big enough for everyone to gather for meals plan days out and chat into the night. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you ll need to cook up tasty holiday meals including an electric range cooker dishwasher fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a conservatory ideal for curling up with a book for the afternoon and a separate utility room. On the first floor there are four bedrooms including two doubles one single with a trundle bed and one twin. There are two bathrooms one on each floor. Outside there is an enclosed garden with a patio garden furniture and a large lawn much-visited by birds.
