The property has one bedroom which has a king-size zip-and-link bed with memory foam mattress (which can be made up as a twin on request) en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Upstairs the living space is light and airy with the lounge/kitchen/diner in an open-plan layout. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and armchair TV DVD wood burner and French doors leading out onto the decked area with a small table and chairs the kitchen has an electric double oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Outside the property benefits from a decked area with a table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful countryside views and a private patio area where there is garden furniture and a BBQ. There is also a large grassed area. There is a washing machine located in the pump house below the decking as well as a line for drying clothes. Need to know: 1 bedroom king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request at time of booking). 1 en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Complex of properties. 3 dogs welcome (further by arrangement) owners' politely request that all dogs are treated against fleas prior to arrival. Dogs not to be allowed in bedrooms/ on furniture also, do not leave in the property unattended. Beach 5 miles, shop, Post Office, tea rooms and pub all within walking distance. Ample off road parking .
