There are games and books to keep everyone occupied too. Take turns at whipping up tasty holiday meals in the kitchen area with its electric oven and grill gas hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a shower room with a WC on this floor. Choose between the king-size bedroom and the twin bedroom when you re ready to rest your head both of which have plenty of storage space for clothes and personal items. Please note this property has no outside space however it is dog friendly and located close to the ramp leading down to the beach. There is one dedicated parking space outside the flat and one for visitors as well. This delightful cottage nestles in the charming village of Gresham an ideal base for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer. The beautiful coast is only a short drive away ideally situated for discovering the stunning Norfolk Coast an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The National Trust sites of Felbrigg and Blickling Hall are also a short drive away. The popular seaside town of Cromer is nearby and there are many attractive villages to explore including Wells-next-the-Sea Blakeney Cley and Mundesley. Great Yarmouth and the Norfolk Broads are also within driving distance. Guests entering the property will arrive in a cosy open-plan lounge/diner which has a wood burner a sofa and two armchairs and a dining table with chairs for dining for up to four guests. Located off from the lounge area is the kitchen which features an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. You also benefit from a snug area located off from the dining area which features a TV/DVD and another sofa which provides the perfect space to unwind and relax in. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double and the second is a cosy twin. The shower room features a shower and WC. Heading out to the rear of the property is the large enclosed and beautiful back garden offering the ideal place to unwind after a busy day out exploring. There is a wooden bench along with table and chairs should you wish to experience al fresco dining outside. There is off-road parking for one car.
