This cottage retains much of its charm throughout with an added contemporary feel. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner with wood and slate flooring throughout. The lounge is extremely inviting and features a traditional fireplace with original bread oven and wood burner as well as a smart TV and DVD/Blu-Ray. In the kitchen guests will find a variety of appliances: a cooker microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Free WiFi are all included with a stay. For those bringing young children along there is a highchair available as well of plenty of space to put a travel cot. A delicious Cornish cream tea will also be waiting to welcome you on arrival. Situated between the coastal villages of Polperro and Polruan you will be spoilt for choice of where to ramble via the stunning South West Coast Path. Polruan a 2-mile walk offers a couple of great pubs for enjoying a tasty lunch overlooking the harbour or an afternoon cream tea in the cafe. From here you can take the passenger ferry and spend the day in Fowey with its quaint streets full of shops cafes pubs and restaurants and take lunch on its quay overlooking the spectacular harbour. Further attractions include the Eden Project (13 miles) The Shipwreck Centre (15 miles) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (21.5 miles). Enter into this property for two via your own entrance with its open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which offers cosy seating for you to retreat to after a long day. Put your feet up in front of the open fire whilst watching all your favourite TV programmes. The kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to cook up a good evening meal.
