Stepping inside this lovely stylish property from the fully enclosed garden through to the light and bright lounge. Relax on the comfortable sofa after a day out exploring the beautiful local area and enjoy a great movie on the TV/DVD or listen to your music on the Bluetooth speaker. Next is the spacious and stylish kitchen the perfect place to cook up a storm with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. One step leads you into the spacious and comfortable dining area perfect to enjoy romantic meals together with French doors leading out to the fully enclosed garden with seating areas. Heading though the hallway you are met with the spacious super-king-size bedroom. Next is the beautifully decorated en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with a lovely roll-top bath separate shower and WC (can also be accessed via the hallway). Venturing outside with direct access from the kitchen is the beautiful enclosed garden surrounded by a large mature beech hedge. There is a picnic table with parasol perfect for al fresco dining with a wee dram nice glass of wine or a good local ale. There is private off-road parking for one car at the rear of the property with additional roadside parking available (subject to availability). Need to know: 1 Bedroom super king size. 1 En suite Jack and Jill bathroom with roll top bath, separate shower and WC (also accessed from the hall). Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. TV/DVD and Bluetooth speaker in lounge. Welcome pack included. Enclosed garden with seating area. Private off road parking for 1 car and roadside parking, subject to availability. Shops 4 miles, restaurant within walking distance. 2 dogs are welcome however please not on the bed. There is an interconnecting door through to the adjacent property this is not accessed and remains locked and secured at all times. The homeowner is not always on site however can be contacted should guests require any assistance during their stay.. There is one step between the kitchen/dining and lounge area.
