Nestled in a peaceful position in the pretty village of Meikleour with a popular restaurant serving food just a short stroll away. Meikleour is also famed for its fantastic beech hedge which has been recognised as the tallest and longest hedge on Earth. Woodland walks with the beautiful Ballathie Bluebell woods are within easy reach. The splendid river Tay is also close at hand renowned for its Salmon fishing. Visit the nearby historic village of Dunkeld Blairgowrie with its prestigious golf club or the city of Perth where you can enjoy a day out at the races or visit the magnificent Scone Palace. Stepping inside this lovely stylish property from the fully enclosed garden through to the light and bright lounge. Relax on the comfortable sofa after a day out exploring the beautiful local area and enjoy a great movie on the TV/DVD or listen to your music on the Bluetooth speaker. Next is the spacious and stylish kitchen the perfect place to cook up a storm with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. There is a picnic table with parasol perfect for al fresco dining with a wee dram nice glass of wine or a good local ale. There is private off-road parking for one car at the rear of the property with additional roadside parking available (subject to availability). Need to know: 1 Bedroom super king size. 1 En suite Jack and Jill bathroom with roll top bath, separate shower and WC (also accessed from the hall). Private off road parking for 1 car and roadside parking, subject to availability. Shops 4 miles, restaurant within walking distance. 2 dogs are welcome however please not on the bed. There is an interconnecting door through to the adjacent property this is not accessed and remains locked and secured at all times. The homeowner is not always on site however can be contacted should guests require any assistance during their stay.. There is one step between the kitchen/dining and lounge area.
