Middleton Tyas · 1 checked & stamped
Lunch with the dog under the table, not tied to a post outside. Where Middleton Tyas says yes indoors, we say so — and where it is the terrace only, we say that too.
The estate's main restaurant, in the converted coach house at Middleton Lodge on Kneeton Lane. The published terms bar dogs from the indoor restaurant but make one exception, the Snug, so a dog can sit with you there while you eat or drink and nowhere else inside. Dogs must be on a lead the whole time they are on the estate, and they cannot be taken into the lounges, the Walled Gardens or the Orchard, which rules out a wander round the gardens afterwards. Booking is required for all restaurant guests and you are met at the Gatehouse on the main drive when you arrive.
Know a Middleton Tyas pub, cafe or place to stay that lets dogs in? Tell us and we will go and check it.
ADD A PLACEKnow one we have missed?
Local knowledge beats desk research every time. Name the place and we will check it properly — the venue's own policy, confirmed, then stamped and dated like every other listing.
One short email when we add places or a council changes its beach rules. No noise, easy out.
