Newton by the Sea · 1 checked & stamped
Fires, flagstones and no side-eye at the bar. Every pub below lets the dog in — and we say exactly which rooms.
A one-room pub in a square of white cottages facing the sea at Low Newton, brewing its own beer on site. Dogs are allowed in, but the house rules are unusually specific: short lead, tucked under a table, off the furniture and no water bowls carried in from outside. The green in front is the sensible option with a wet dog after the beach.

Local knowledge beats desk research every time. Name the place and we will check it properly — the venue's own policy, confirmed, then stamped and dated like every other listing.
One short email when we add places or a council changes its beach rules. No noise, easy out.
