Dog-friendly beaches in Holy Island

The empty sand on the island's north-east shore, twenty minutes on foot from the village past the Lough and the lime kilns. No seasonal dog ban applies here, as nowhere on this coast outside Newbiggin and Blyth. It sits inside the Lindisfarne National Nature Reserve, so keep well clear of roosting and feeding birds, and watch the causeway clock.
