Sat on the edge of the Wolds the market town of Louth has an abundance of independent shops cafes and pubs to explore. Cadwell Park racing circuit is a short drive away and for those that enjoy golf there are several within easy reach. There are many walks and cycle routes in the area and the beach at Donna Nook (famous for the seal colony) is a popular day out for the whole family. For those wishing to visit seaside resorts Skegness and the Victorian resort of Mablethorpe with its superb beaches are within easy reach. Louth tennis court is available to non members. For those who love shopping the Cathedral city of Lincoln is a short drive away. Step into the lounge/kitchen/diner with its stylish kitchen overlooking the garden it has everything you need for cooking up a meal for everyone an electric oven and induction hob fridge and dishwasher. The breakfast bar has space for four and is ideal for tucking into a hearty brunch before heading out for the day.
