Located on a private and secluded estate in the Scottish Highlands this spacious hideaway offers the perfect location for nature and outdoor enthusiasts. With forests lochs and rolling hills right at your doorstep you can enjoy walking biking and fishing with ease. Whisky connoisseurs will delight in visiting local distilleries such as Dalmore at Alness just 15 miles away. Alness is also home to major supermarkets. Additionally the historic town of Dornoch 30 miles away is famous for its royal links golf course cathedral and stunning golden sands. For more adventure visit the ancient ruins at Urquhart Castle (45 miles) on the shore of Loch Ness. The bustling city of Inverness (33 miles) the cultural capital of the Highlands is also within reach offering museums shopping and dining. This retreat promises a memorable stay filled with natural beauty and cultural richness. This cosy property is neatly finished and well-equipped featuring a kitchen/dining area ideal for crafting delicious meals. The main living dining and kitchen areas are spacious and open plan boasting contemporary touches and plenty of light. A shower room and WC are conveniently located downstairs as is a spacious store containing a gun cabinet ideal for drying off and storing outdoor gear. Heading upstairs you will discover a spacious bedroom area with ample room for luggage and belongings. This area has been lovingly finished to ensure a comfortable stay making it easy to prepare for the day ahead and enjoy a restful night s sleep. Outside a parking bay accommodates two cars. Beyond this the vast countryside is on your doorstep inviting you to explore leisurely. Enjoy beautiful walks around the lochs and the wider estate immersing yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds this charming retreat. Need to know: 1 bedroom 1 twin. 1 bathroom shower and WC. Electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave. Use of laundry facilities in a separate building. Private spring water supply. There is no television at this property but fast unlimited wi fi is available. Private parking for 2 cars. Shop 13 miles. 2 dogs allowed Please note in the Heated Kennels provided. AT no stage are the dogs allowed in the house.. Fishing by separate arrangement with own tackle. Additional activities offered by the estate should be arranged directly and will incur an extra cost. Note that the property is accessed via a single track road through forestry; please drive carefully, on reaching the boundary of the estate the speed limit is a strict 15 mph.
