One of the most unique aspects of this much-loved property is in its layout. The apartment is all on one floor making it ideal for those with mobility issues. Moving from the living space with large bay windows allowing light to flood the room to the double master bedroom with en-suite shower. The main living space combines a cosy seating area a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining space for real modern living. The large bay windows provide a perfect space to enjoy the scenery of the town and Swanage Bay below. When you are not enjoying this multifunctional space you will be relaxing in one of two bedrooms or taking a hot soak in the bathtub after a day of exploring and adventures by the sea. The front of the property is host to a charming decked area with fabulous views of the local town and where the skyline meets the sea in the distance.
