Nestled within the heart of the Broadfield Estate this former gardener s cottage with stylish interiors is perfect for up to six guests it s dog friendly and within easy reach of many places of historical interest. Just 7.5 miles away the vibrant market town of Leominster renowned for its local antique and curiosity shops and Folk Museum is the ideal location for a relaxing browse. A short drive leads you to the beautiful cathedral city of Hereford (10 miles) set on the banks of the river Wye. Just over the border into Shropshire is the market town of Ludlow (16 miles) with its medieval castle a food enthusiast s paradise due to its bustling farmers market and food centre bursting with local produce. There are many National Trust gardens that are open seasonally within easy reach including Berrington Hall ( 9.5 miles) and Brockhampton Estate (15 miles) and Croft Castle (17 miles). A long tree-lined drive winds through the estate where you will find the cottage peacefully tucked away. Entering the spacious and beautifully finished accommodation you ll find a welcoming hall. From the hallway you can access the lounge area the perfect space for relaxing in front of the wood burner. There is a Freeview TV along with comfortable seating . A well-equipped cool and contemporary kitchen offers everything guests may need for preparing meals during their stay. Also on this floor a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into twin beds at the time of booking) and a shower room. The first floor offers guests the choice of two comfortable king-size bedrooms and another shower room.. Head outside via the patio doors in the lounge to the enclosed garden to the rear of the property . Dine alfresco on the patio that leads to the lawn- a tranquil space for kicking back and relaxing. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 super king size zip and link (that can be made into twin beds on request when booking) 2 king size, option of a put up bed in here at additional cost (to be arranged with owner prior to stay). 2 shower rooms with WCs. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Wood burner (available from 9 November).
