Set in peaceful woodlands in the surroundings of a working farm this dog-friendly studio hobbit style cabin enjoys lovely views over the open fields. Situated on a working farm this lodge offers a peaceful base for exploring the Scottish Borders and surrounding Lanarkshire towns and villages. Make the most of this area by donning your walking boots and exploring the local forest walks and the shorter woodland walks around the farm to meet the alpacas and other farm animals. Less than 5 miles away you can spend a relaxing day trout fishing at Tinto Hill or if you have the energy you can climb to the top and be rewarded with the most stunning views across the Clyde Valley and beyond. For local shops cafes and restaurants visit the nearby historic market town of Biggar which is less than 6 miles away. Step inside a beautiful open-plan living space that not only has been designed with your canine friends in mind but also creates the perfect couples retreat for relaxing and planning your next day s adventures. The kitchenette is well-equipped to create tasty meals and there is a table and chairs for dining together. A Smart TV and a cosy sofa provide a wonderful space to unwind each evening after fun-filled days. When it s time for sleep you will find a comfortable king-size bed. Completing the property is a spacious wet room. Heading outside the cabin you can enjoy a spot of al fresco dining or just simply treat yourself to a lazy evening gazing at the stars as you soak in the private hot tub. The enclosed area outside has artificial turf and there is also a shared grassed area surrounding the farm s six cabins overlooking a large unfenced pond that you are also welcome to enjoy. An indoor BBQ hut is also available for guests to hire which can be organised directly with the owners. A dog-friendly off-lead exercise field is available perfect for your pups to run freely. Need to know: 1 king size bedroom. 1 shower room with WC. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment. Large upright fridge and freezer in the utility hut. Welcome pack provided. Underfloor heating. Smart TV. Enclosed garden with seating area, plus access to a shared off lead exercise field for dogs. Private hot tub. BBQ hut available for private hire with owners direct BBQ meat pack and afternoon teas also available to order. Private parking for 2 cars. Shops, pubs, and restaurants within 5 miles. Please note, the cabin is on a working farm with livestock and an unfenced pond please keep your dogs under control at all times. Dogs go free. 10% discount is available on repeat bookers.
