The Dog and Duck

Six converted farm buildings on Beverley Road at Walkington, three miles out of Beverley on the Wolds side, sleeping between two and twelve and graded five star gold. The owners write the dog policy in the dog's own voice and it is unusually specific: up to two small or medium dogs, Labrador-sized or under, in every cottage except High Barn where three are allowed. It is thirty pounds a dog in most of them and forty in High Barn and the Cart House because they are bigger. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or bathrooms and stairgates are provided, dogs must be over a year old, house-trained and not a Dangerous Dogs Act breed, and if you go out you need to bring a crate or use the kennel.
